REFUND POLICY

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Denver, Colorado except that you may assert claims in small claims court if eligible. Judgment upon the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
